I have been quilting since 1999 and have decided to keep an online journal of my quilts. In this way, I can document their history and preserve their memory for my family and future generations. Most of my quilts are made as gifts; and with few exceptions, I have taken pictures of my quilts with their recipient. I have also made many charity quilts for Project Linus, Wrapped in Hope and Quilts for Kids.

Please join me for my quilt parade!

My Quilts #264: Scrappy Heart Lap Quilt 2021

I finished this quilt top in January but put it aside so I could work on my Chains of Love quilt. Then we started working on our landscaping and quilting was put on the back burner.

But after my 2 BFFs and I agreed to meet up for breakfast for the first time in over a year, I pulled this top from the UFO pile and quickly finished it the night before.

I gave this quilt to my friend Cindy for her birthday which was in February. I am very happy with the finish and she loves her quilt!
